With those 3 settings like that, I can run everything else in high and ultra and hit a solid 90fps on both an Oculus rift CV1 and a Oculus Rift S (80fps on this one, obviously). I cant explain it, but I do know setting the vehicle details to low stops it from happening. I found that once the car lights are turned on, the FPS begins to stutter. I honestly cant see any difference have it set to off. Kept getting intermittent stutter with this turned on. This eats FPS up, and it adds on odd effect around the edges of ever object. The three options I found to cause the most issues, and what I have them set to, are as follows. Then ultimately the game usually ends up running rather well now. If you take the time to set it up and trouble shoot any issues that do crop up. I play Dirt Rally 2.0 in VR all the time.
